    I put on 1.5lb :cry:
    All I've done differently this week is have the 12 speed soup for lunch each day. I know it shouldn't be that that's done it, but that's all I can think of.

    ooh sorry to hear you've put on - maybe next week the soup will have caught up and you'll have a good loss. Don't let it get you down. Our consultant always says to look at the weight loss over a month rather than week to week - I know that's easier said than done though.
