Have been low carbing for about 4 weeks, and whilst I lost loads in the first week, I lost nothing since! I'm guessing my metabolism isn't liking it, and I never got the great feeling people go on about, so guessing continuous low carb doesn't suit me. I am a vegetarian, so i think being able to eat a few good carbs will suit me better. Anyone else doing this?
