Quantities for AAM?

Starting AAM on Weds.
I know that you're allowed chicken, tofu, cottage cheese and white fish with 2 tablespoons of green or white veg.
I just wanted to know how much (I think it is 3oz) not sure. Also cooked or raw weight for meats?
Have lost yellow book!!!
Sorry to start another AAM thread, just need to know before Weds.

100g cottage cheese
50g chicken or turkey without skin
80g cod, haddock or other white fish
80g quorn
60f soft tofu or 120g firm tofu

and the weights are for uncooked/raw unless someone corrects me lol
