No philly is not free but it is very low in syns if you get the light or extra light ones.

75g of plain philly light counts as a HEa - you get 1 HEa on EE but can have either 1 or 2 on green/red.

Philly also counts as a HEB on the green plan

Oh,i completely forgot,the Total 0% natural yoghurt is great as well,very thick.
