Hi!

I bought some quark at tesco because I remembered reading somewhere that it is really low fat, but now I have no idea what to do with it! Does anyone have any suggestions?

ooh yeah

i used to do SW (lol as you would see if you read my diary which i still refer to old SW terms hehe) and its akey ingredient for most things

i have made a vegetable lasagne with mines - very tasty

you can make cheesecake with it, just add flavourings

you can make dips with it for dipping you crudites into

you can also make a nice carbonara with it

hope this helps - if not i will see what else i can remember

In the end I opted for a sort of mini trifle, just added a little sugar to the quark and whipped it up and put it on top of some sugar free jelly - it was yum!
