Quark?

    Anyone know if I can use low fat cottage chesse instead of quark? Can't find it anywhere!!:) They've stopped selling it in my sainsburys because of suppliers??:( Thanx x

    hi do u have tescos or asda near u they both do it. i have used cottage cheese (i blend it first so its smooth) but prefer quark :)

    hi i work at asda and we do it,but we sell it in a different area to the soft cheeses etc,its still in the chilled aisle,but at out shop its on the end with mozzerella,goats cheese,just ask 1 of the staff,im sure they will find it for u :)

    its fat free soft cheese and can be used in so many things i use it all the time and its free on all plans
