QUEEN SIZE TO PRINCESS

A pound off... And don't worry... I did keep all my clothes on!

I'm on fish for the week now, really want a good loss over next four weeks.

I had Cod roe for breakie with scrambled eggs, it was yum! Was going to have prawns with salad in a brown pitta bread for lunch but not hungry so having mixed berries in yogurt instead. Will save prawns for supper case I need a snackipoos!

Having orange and dill stuffed trout for tea with new potatoes and roast parsnips!

Afternoon all

well done on the loss patsy :happy036:

Its much cooler here today :clap:we had a big ole thunder storm yesterday ...I love thunder n lightening, so we had the patio doors open ...

Anyway -there is nothing much happening here...
had porridge with nana and blackberries for brekkie, sole with roasted veggies and 1tbs sweet chilli sauce for lunch  and dinner is salad with jacket and cottage cheese mmmmm.
Im really enjoying having fish once a week -and I only lost 0.5lb less last week doing that than when I did all fish...so I can live with that :p
hubby is only at work today and tomorrow -then he has Wednesday off for our anniversary :D and then he is away golfing Thursday until Saturday morning -so I won't be getting my saturday early morning walk -although hopefully walking around on our shoping trip on Wednesday will make up for that -assuming I don't get pigged off and come home early :p....I REALLY hate clothes shopping -roll on to being a size 12 THEN I might like it ;)
Right Im off to look at clothes on line "but" everything I like seems to be in half sizes -you know -when they do, say 18/20 22/24 -now at the moment Im getting into some 18s and some 20s depending on the style -so if I order stuff now it might be a bit tight  -but IM refusing to buy any bigger as I don't want to fork out for stuf that Im not going to get much wear out of
anyway -enough waffle.....Im off to flex the debit card (don't have credit cards;))
have a great afternoon all and hope everyone is well :D

evening lovelies

Am back on track with a vengeance this week! Have been trying to do a fishy-ish week! had roast chicken sunday though! do you think that will make a difference. had fish for lunch and dinner other days.

Any nice ideas for smoked haddock, have a few portions that i need to use up. Maybe a lunch and tea idea? please!!!

Am just off to shake my thang on the wii! gotta give the family a laugh! then gonna settle down with a curly wurly (out of the freezer of course...lasts longer) for my soapies and Big Brother! Do any of you girls watch BB, if so, are you too thinking that John James needs to grow a pair! xx

hey ladies some fabulous results on here at the moment. Ive been MIA for a number of weeks mainly due to holiday and a lack of motivation. Im still waiting for my results from a blood test and a skin biopsy to see if I have coeliac disease. so my theory was that i needed to keep eating wheat based products in case i needed another blood test. have been eating all the wrong ones and consequently 4 weeks after i did a spectacular dismount from my SW horse i am almost back where i started. Hey ho, time to climb on and adjust the stirrups!

Morning lovely ladies! :D

Patsy - congratulations on the loss hun! That's fabulous! :D :bliss:

Tatws - fingers crossed for a good result from the blood tests and skin biopsy. Waiting for results is always nerve-wracking! Hoe you're enjoying your holidays though hun, they go so quickly don't they :) Just draw a line under your time off plan, and start afresh. You'll soon get back on track hun! :)

Louise - I don't think a chicken dinner would make much difference in the grand scheme of a fishy week. I'll be interested to see how you get on! :) Oh, and did you give your family the giggles on the Wii? I'm always worried about starting a mini-earthquake when I get on mine! :giggle:

Anyways...I'm off to have a cuppa now that I've finished the boring task of changing my address on everything. There's always so many things to think about when you move house! Nearly forgot about my clubcard vouchers though  Can't have that! I love it when my vouchers drop through the door - so sad! :giggle:

Have a fab day m'lovelies :)

Good Morning ladies. I am here to confess, forgive me girls for I have synned!
I got taken out for a celebratory meal last night as I passed my first module of my degree, I had about 10 syns left anyway, I just had a simple pasta dish...and garlic bread! :O
to be fair, I only had the one slice, swiftly handed the second over to my OH, but do you know what...I didn't even enjoy it as much as I thought I would! How about tat eh?! I spend 15 weeks craving something so much...and the. It's a total letdown when I do have it!
Oh well, onwards and upwards I suppose? I am back with a vengance today, AND lost 1 lb on Monday even after being camping! I was impressed, not so hopeful for this week now after last night! Bit hopefully low syns until Monday should make up for it?!
I feel lie I've let you all down! Sorry ladies!
How is everyone?
Xxxxxx

Morning All.

Well done to all the losses so far this week:).

Tatws i'm sure you will soon get back on track:),holiday times can be hard, hope you soon get your results hun.

corsacar well done on passing your first module thats fab:D.Also what a great loss after your camping trip hope you had a great time, don't be sorry hun you are doing mighty fine:).

laura hope you have a great time camping hope the weather is kind to you, where are you going?

:wave_cry: to everyone and hopes everyone is ok.

xx

Morning!

Corsacar - of course you haven't let us all down! As I said a couple of days ago, life gets in the way sometimes, and what better reason for having a mini blow-out (and it was very mini hun! :)) than passing the first module of your degree :D Congratulations hun!!! And maybe the fact that you didn't really enjoy it has proved how committed you are to the SW plan :) Ooo, and congratulations on the 1lb loss hun :D :bliss: Well done that woman! xxx

Good afternoon one and all :D

Congrats Corsacar on passing your first module  Well done on the loss........after being away  Quite an achievement that my girl, so big well done to you. Your celebration meal sounds ok to me, I doubt that will do any damage at all chuck. AND you are NOT letting anyone down whatsoever. This is not a race and we can't live in a SW bubble. It's about a lifestyle change.......one that can be maintained for life - meals out and various other social ocassions are part of our lifestyle - life would be very boring just sat at home all the time just in case we might eat summat 'bad' if we go out.......if you get mi drift :D I think you're doing very well, so there!

I've completely forgotten all the other posts I've read, so apologies for not even referring to them :(

Well, I'm reporting in with a 2lb loss last night, which gets me my 3 stone shiny and slimmer of the week believe it or not! lol I was over the moon that I lost anything after my 'alki in a brewery' impression on Saturday night, so all is good in my world :D I'm not going out (so far) this Saturday, so I might do better next week.....not that I'm too bothered tbh, I'd be happy with a weekly 2lb loss.

I'm off to update my tickers and find a 3 stone shiny to nick :D

Have a good day everyone xxx

Evening! :)

Bev - another fabulous loss! Well done you :D :bliss: And congratulations on your new shiny sticker and SOTW :D Maybe vodka has some magical weight-loss properties. Perhaps I ought to test out this theory on my night out this saturday! :giggle:

We're all very quiet the last few days. Hope everyone's well!

Thanks :D Yes, give the voddy a whirl Sian. Secret is, have slimline mixers! :8855::8855:

What do you drink when you go out?

Evening all!

Well done Corsacar, Patsy and Bev!!! Fantastic losses girls! :happy096:

I'm hopefully having a good week, although I've had two EE days without really eating enough superfree - still I hope the damage isn't too bad! I really want a decent loss this week...

I'm a pints girl too, Sian, there's nothing like a cold beer on a hot day! I haven't had one at all in over a month, so I'm feeling rather saintly! :angel09:

Off out for another meal tomorrow night - I shall be glad when my son gets home at the weekend and puts paid to all this socialising!

I have to admit though, I'm already feeling much better in myself - even if the tape measure isn't showing much difference, I feel slimmer and much more confident.

Have a good evening everyone! x

A triple well done to bev:) how fantastic .

ohhh did someone mention malibu and coke:p yes please lol.x

Morning all :D
Sorry I have been MIA for the last couple of days -yesterday was spent galavanting, picked up some new shoes (a 6.5 instead of my usual 8) and a few bits of clothing for lounging around the house in ;)and have been online and ordered 4 new tops, a pair of trainers and some new bras (my assets have grown ) well actually what has happened is that they haven't got any bigger but the bit underneath and my back have got smaller -so my cup size has gone from a D to an E ....well thats what the size guide says..will see when I get them to try :p
Anyway-hubby is away now until Saturday morning, so I will be keeping myself occupied *and out of the fridge* :giggle:

Well done on the losses ladies :happy036:

corsacar -whoop whoop on passing the first module of your degree :happy096:

well we stopped off at the golf course on the way home yesterday and I had the grilled chicken salad -which was huge... and then they came and plonked 8 pieces of garlic bread down with it  -swines.... and I didn't touch it (hubby ate it though :p) and I didn't even pinch a chippychip of hubbies plate :innocent0002: -you should have seen my halo shining :p...
Right I will get off for now..have a great day everyone and hope we are all having a good week....

Scales are evil!!!

Hey ladies!!

I HAVE HAD IT WITH MY SCALES!!

I weigh in today was feeling a little deflated as i was expecting maybe a 0.5 or 1lbs loss. (I had a peek yesterday and was 1lb down) but got on and STS.

So at the 10.5 lbs in 9 weeks loss I stick.

Anyway...

went to the nurse this morning (you may remember I was thinking my scales were out after my parents and sis had been to stay)

asked the nurse to weigh me out of interest and he scales showed a 7lb difference!!

I weighed at 16.10 this morning and hers were showing 16.3!!

Thats a big bloody difference!!

So I am going to start back at class next week- I have done some hours as a cleaner at work and saved enough to do the 12 weeks programme. We were saving it for holiday money in October but my lovely boyfriend has said I should go to class as he knows it will make me happy and I need the supoprt. So me and a lovely girl i met on here are going to go together :D

I can't be doing with not knowing my true weight each week because it does effect the week you have!

So I am not changing my ticker until I go to class on wednesday and then hopefully the class scales with corrospond with the nurses! My scales are going in the bin!! Then I can add a new shiny!! yey!!

So hopefully the nurse is right which actually means I have lost 17.5lbs in 9 weeks not 10.5! :D

Sorry for the rant but I was excited and the thought of having lost 7lbs more!!

Claire xx

A triple well done to bev:) how fantastic .

ohhh did someone mention malibu and coke:p yes please lol.x

Morning all!

Surreygal - I'll have one for you on Saturday, have no fear! ;) :giggle:

Claire - scales really are the bane of our lives aren't they! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that the ones at your class correspond with the nurse's scales! :D Even at 10.5lb that's a very respectable loss, but 17.5lb is even better! :D Your boyfriend sounds lovely though hun - very supportive. You'll soon get to where you want to be with all that support :)

Capricorn - ooo, well done on getting some clothes hun! We know how much you dislike shopping, so that's fab :) Losing 1.5 sizes off your feet though is fab! :D Hope I don't though, as I can't afford new shoes :giggle: They're far too expensive! I'm always a bit confused as to how people can lose sizes off their feet, as our bone size doesn't change  To be honest, I have large feet, but they're probably the slimmest part of me, so I don't think there's be much change there :)

Hope you're all having a good day! :)

Evening everyone :D

I've just been getting my marinade ready for tomorrows dinner. I'm making chermoula chicken :D It looks yummy in the book - hope it tastes as good as it looks! I'm gonna leave it marinating aaaaaallllllll day while I'm at work. :D

Grrrrr those scales Claire  I would be dying to have a true reading if it were me! I bet it's driving you nuts not knowing  Hope the news is good for you :D

Sounds like you had quite a shopping spree there Capricorn! Can't beat a bit of retail therapy - spesh when you can buy smaller togs :D Fabaroonie!

Sian and Spanx - you both drink pints  Pints of what though? :D lol Me and my friends used to drink pints when we were younger. We used to think it was to save queueing at the bar for halves every pair of rails, but we used to drink the pints as fast as the halves  Pigs we were  :8855: I've always liked a good drink :D

Anyone doing a fishy week atm?

Is everyone having an angelic SW week?
