I'm going to try a green day today. But first, I want to make sure that I understand the plan correctly... Pulses, starchy veg, normal fruit & veg, quorn - all free. 2 HEA and 2 HEB Right so far? So what's the story with the meat. It says in my book about 'additional extras' and the portion sizes for meat. Can you have this also or do you have to syn it? If there is anything i'm missing from my understanding, please fill me in also. Thanks.
