Question about how syn values change...

I read somewhere on here that if you blend fruit it no longer becomes free as it has changed for some reason. I was wondering how this worked because I had the idea to freeze some sugar free Cherryade to have as ice lollies. Does freezing a syn free drink change the syn value?
(The cherryade is definitely free I checked.)

Drinks are fine. The fruit changes because you don't have to work to eat it, so it gets a (albeit very low) syn value. Also if you cook it the sugars in the fruit change as well. Enjoy the cherryade pops :D

Yeah if you blend fruit it changes it density so your body doesnt have to work as hard to digest it. It's the same if you grind rice/couscous to make flour. Freezing and so on is fine:)

Brill !!!! so that means I can liquidize a double choc fresh cream bun and it will be FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

( or not)!....... well I changed it !!
