Question about maintain

Hi everyone

So I had a pretty good week Sw wise, ate more fruit than usual , and had less syns. Yesterday ( day before weigh in), I went to the seaside and had a small fish and chips, but had little else all day. I worked out i prob had about 30ish syns.
Went to weigh in today and scales were jumping between 0.5 loss and sts.
They stopped on sts.
Will my good week show up next week, or did I ruin it with the fish & chips? Lol

It's hard to say. Our bodies don't always give us the weight loss we expect or deserve. At least the scales showed a 0.5lb loss and then went back up to a maintain, so this is a positive sign for a loss next week. Other people will be along soon no doubt to give you a more helpful answer!
 
Sure it will show next week just don't let it be an issue and knock you off plan.
Our bodies work in mysterious ways remember. Had a 2lb gain one week for no reason then lost 5lb the next.
