Question about not going to the loo

I have been on LT for 3 weeks now and the only problem I'm having is not going to the loo . I drink nettle tea and have tried using the Fibreclear but the only way I can go is to use laxatives. Has anythong got any suggestions please.

this has been discussed a few times here so don't worry it's quite common, there is a specific laxative you can have but I don't know what it is!
