Question about week 2

Naturally I'm being nosey to see what's allowed next week. I notice we're allowed low cal drinks and I was wondering if anyone know whether included in that are no-added sugar cordials, the sort that on weight watchers are also point free (Robinson's R etc).

Speaking of shopping addictions, I've gone a bit over the top this last few days and would find it cheaper to buy these no added sugar cordials than the LL water flavourings, but don't want to compromise my maintenance plan. My LLC is off on holiday and so I'd rather ask the masters of this forum... :D Thanks peoples xxx

It says in the book that you can have squash but just watch the sugar content. Some do have a higher sugar content than you realise... I think Robinsons is ok though. Hope this helps :)

Thanks BL, I got my husband to take a new photo as I wasn't sure how I looked now but I was freezing and he appeared to be taking forever!! I look so pale too. Gawd, we're always our own worst critic! lol xxx
