I was thinking of doing SS+ today and having white fish with salad.

I have noticed the weights used are pre-cooked weights, but what about if something is frozen? Surely a frozen item would be heavier? Or should I wait for it to defrost before measuring?

I might just be talking complete rubbish here, but its just a question that's been on my mind! Thanks :)

I used to weigh the meat/fish when it was defrosted and make up any shortfall with cottage cheese.
