How to work out syns for meat cooked with fat on?

How do i work out the syns for meat cooked with the fat on? Some joints just cannot be cooked without as it wouldnt taste the same i have a pork shoulder in the slow cooker as we speak & have no idea how to syn it

I wouldn't syn it just make sure you don't eat any fat that may be on your plate

Ye Iv never found it a prob eat any meat just leave the fat
