I'm gatecrashing Ok i need a little advice because in 4 weeks i've done 3 diets (weight watchers, slimming world and celebrity slim) and i can't seem to stick at any.
My friend has just started calorie counting and oddly its not something i've ever thought about trying, depite having about 11stone to loose.
So i imagine calorie counting is quite flexible in what you can eat, but how do you find out the calories for everything? we get alot of stuff from the butchers and veg shop so don't come with packets.
So i've use a bmr calculator and worked out my daily calorie intake to maintain is 2625, is it best to do it gradually say having 2000 calories a day or just drop down 1000 straight away (this site said not to drop down lower the 1000)
Not sure if this is the right diet but i may as well give it a try.
