i am thinking of doing this!

I have a few questions

1. How many cals in a cambridge shake
2. How many cals in slimfast
3. Where do you find out the cals for salad/veg/fruit etc as most diets i have done i haven't counted salad/veg just had as much as wanted
4. Do you find yourself eating quite healthy on an UD
5. Can you drink alcohol on an UD

I have thought of another question: -

I would always want a friday to be a down day and a saturday to be an up day!!! I get weighed on a saturday morning!

How could I work this in.

3. Where do you find out the cals for salad/veg/fruit etc as most diets i have done i haven't counted salad/veg just had as much as wanted I use WLR (Weight Loss Resources) but you can get calorie books.
4. Do you find yourself eating quite healthy on an UD (occasionally!:rolleyes:;))
5. Can you drink alcohol on an UD - yes!

How could I work this in.
I always have Monday as UD as I go to an aqua class that day. You can fix your days by doing 3 UDs, 3 DDs & one ID (intermediate day) usually after an UD & before a DD of between 1,000 & 1,500 cals. Not part of JUDDD but frequently used by us lot to get our days the same each week.
