QUICK CURRY RECIPE

I use...

1 tin tomatoes
1 tin mushy peas (ss)
fill tin of peas with boiling water and add to pot
1/2 tin of beans
2 chicken gel pots
2 tbsp honey
tsp salt

simmer for 20 then blitz

This makes about 2 pints of sauce

Out of interest does anyone know what a shop brought curry sauce would be in syns? its the Morrisons reduced fat one i use. I'm sure i have seen it in my book somewhere but can't seem to fins it tonight!

Can you give us it's exact name? Else we can't look it up. Or you could just post the nutrition info (kcal, protein, carbohydrate and fat per 100g) plus weight of the jar and we can work it out. Also tell us if theres a free food in it.

We tried this one night and it was a bit too much on the globby side for us. Great though for a very quick fix!:)

Mushy pea curry.....yum!! Ive tried this one, and my family love it. Admittedly it dosnt look that great once its finished, but it tastes great, the empty plates speak for themselves... You can also freeze it too if you have any leftovers.... X
