I had some tuna mayo today.
I used up some Asda light mayo that I had in the fridge, and some full fat Hellmans mayo.
The carbs in the light stuff was 16.2g.
The carbs in the full fat stuff was 1.5g.
Shocking difference !!

Yes indeed, that is why on low carb diets, low fat foods are an absolute no, no because they are loaded with sugar.
However on the flip side, the full fat , low carb Mayo will have loads more calories than the low fat mayo, so you need to be aware of the amount you have as this is essentially a low cal diet. Though in my opinion, you need less because real Mayo is so much more tasty and creamy!
