I don't usually measure milk but I don't like skimmed milk ice lattes as they're too watery. Checked out the Starbucks website and found out that a tall ice drink is 254ml which means I can have it with semi instead of skimmed. That's the only reason I was asking.
For those interested, for iced/hot drinks at Starbucks it breaks down as:
Tall: 254ml
Grande: 473ml
Venti: 591ml
I do measure everything else (cheese, bread, cereal, etc) because I know I will eat too much otherwise! Although I pretty much know how many strokes on the grater to get the right amount of cheese!
I'm guilty of splitting my healthy extras. For example, I'll have 1 alpen light and 1 slice of bread from small loaf to make up 1 healthy extra. Or if I'm using a small amount of milk, I'll use half milk/half cheese for one allowance. I've also been known to use cheese from B on a green day as A instead (eg feta). (shocking!!)
Does anyone else do this?
