Extra Easy quick question..can anybody clear this up for me?

Thanks..so if i had 2 weetabix as a hex b for breakfast i would still need to have super free food as well? ha i don't think i get this. Might make today into a red day and just stick to red and green days!

something like a handfull of mixed berries on your weetabix should do it... good for porrige too

yout noodles you can have with a bit of stir fry veg maybe.. or some mushrooms and onions..

failing that, a piece or 2 of superfree fruit with your meals will suffice..

Yes, that will be fine. I found it hard to get my head around at first but once you get into the habit of 1/3 superfree you'll find it really easy:)

if i have a lunch like i did today (jacket and beans) then i have fruit as a snack later i do my 1/3 during the day

Any time I make super noodles I always add a thinly sliced up pepper - bulks it out, fills you up a bit more and gives you the 1/3 SF

Thanks for this. Just knowing i can eat fruit after and count it towards my 1/3 superfree makes it alot easier! feel really good about it this time round!!

I've just finished my first week doing Extra Easy and that's what I did, if I wasn't having 1/3 superfree with the meal itself, I'd have it after as fruit. It works. :D
