same here, i'm thinking of sticking to something like the re-feed sheet.. for a long time, then maybe follow the red plan on slimming world which is mainly protein. I think i'm going to join the class as i need to be kept on track.

I'm not 100% sure yet to be honest, more than likely something along the lines of low carb/ high protein though.

I've started making a recipe book of all the stuff i want to try ready for when i'm back to "normal food" lol

I'm planning to go back to Weight Watchers for the last few weeks on LT, and just not tell them that I'm not eating. That way I'm hoping I can be in the habit of going to the meetings and thinking about healthy ways of eating before I actually have to do it. Then hopefully I'll finish the weightloss on LT and continue going to WW meetings free as a gold member!! I know I won't be able to maintain the weight loss without some sort of support group, at least for a few months anyway. Listen to me going on..and I'm only on Day11!!

I was thinking slimming world too, mostly red days (not straight away though). Now I've got out of the habit of snacking on crisps/chocolate at night I'm hoping I'll be able to stick to it.

I'm going to do Slimming World maintenance, which I believe is 5 perfect days on the SW plan and then 2 days off, or alternatively just following the plan, but allowing a certain number of extra syns each day of the week (compared to the number of syns allowed when losing weight).

I really like the SW plan as think it's a lovely, healthy balanced diet including everything and every food group in moderation :)

    xx

    Hi diole

    Yup...Slimming World for me too.
My daughter's friend came to vist us the other day...I've always thought of her as a naturally slim beautiful girl, she's Polish and stunning actually and was blown over when she told me she goes to SW and is a regular . She says she has an addiction to good food and does like her 'odd' vodka on the weekend, but by being with SW she manages to keep on the straight and narrow with her group and the meal plans. So I guess I'm a convert, if she has to do it...why the hell not me who really IS a fatty?
I like Ella Belle's idea of starting just before you actually go off LT to get used to the group and recipes etc.
I plan to stop LT after Xmas.
