Just wanted to know if we can add sweetener (like with no calories.. I've seen them in tesco's before) to our coffee or tea's. For the first time today I tried to have fluids other than water... as the idea of coffee/tea without milk and sugar was not too pleasing!!

So does anyone know?? How do you have your coffee/ tea's??

    Thanks

    Sarah

I had a coffee earlier with half of my vanilla shake powder added for sweetness...it was pretty good!

I always have 2 heaped powdered sweetwner in my tea - and milk too - but then I am on 790 so milk is allowed. And I drink loads of cups a day - it curbs my wanting for sweet things.

fair enough - on LL we were told to avoid the powdered sweetner as it has something in it (citric acid I think it is) that may affect people's ketosis
