I find that vegetables are really filling on down days + I am bored at work so I thought I put in some calorie amounts for 100g of a few vegetables.. in case it helps anyone :) (most of these are all cooked weights btw, from MFP), but in my experience of weighing, the weight doesn't change too much uncooked/cooked for most)

Broccoli 100g - 35 calories
Cauliflower 100g - 23 calories
Courgette 100g - 16 calories
Spinach 100g - 23 calories
Carrots 100g - 35 calories
Parsnips 100g - 71 calories (not roasted ;) )
Potatoe (boiled without skin) 100g - 86 calories
Potatoe (baked with skin) 100g - 93 calories
Sweet potatoe (boiled without skin) 100g - 76 calories
Sweet potatoe baked with skin 100g - 90 calories
Savoy Cabbage 100g - 24 calories
Red Cabbage 100g - 29 calores
Cabbage 100g - 22 calories
Asparagus 100g - 20 calories
Leek 100g - 31 calories
Onion (white) 100g - 42 calories
Spring onion 100g - 32 calories
