I am new to the message boards, but have been following the Slimming World Plan for about 8 weeks and have only lost 6 pounds. I'm going away in 3 weeks time and want to lose as mush weight as possible in that time. Does anyone have any top tips on how I can shift as much as possible quick! Thanks in advance.
