Quick update

I haven't been around for a while. I've been occupied by work and sundry worries. How long will I have my job and my Mum's health have kept me quite busy.

Since I was last here I am down about 20lbs probably more as I haven't weighed for two weeks. I am about 30lbs away from the target I set myself. I am stunned! So near yet so far!!!!

Good luck to you all and thanks for the support. I hope to be a bit more regular in these forums soon, life permitting.
