Don't waste your money on supplements. No evidence that external ketones help. Research VLCDs like exante and make a plan to stay slim when you've shed the weight. There is no easy fix - but disrupting your current eating habits may work for you. If not, join a club (Slimming World or Weight Watchers), get a local nutritionist or eat keto or paleo.
