Is there anywhere where I can get the basics of the diet without having to part with £40 to join WW online? I want to start the diet tomorrow but I'm not sure of the points value of anything.

I have thought of just going to one meeting ussing the free registration voucher and just paying for the one meeting to get all the books etc - then doing it myself, but the first meeting isn't until wednesday. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be grateful[IMG]

Cant think of anywhere you could get them before tomorrow :( Going to one meeting is probably your best idea, or good old ebay.

Id recommend the electronic calculator, the Shopping Guide and the Eating out guide :)

    Good luck :)

Hiya, the meeting format has changed now....before you used to get the handbook in your first meeting, but now they give it out in 4 parts over 4 weeks.....

I think if you want to start tomoro, you may be best biting the bullet and parting with the £40!!

yeah, you can buy the shopping & eating out guides & bars & fruities & scales & calc & pedometer and all that jazz.In your first week though, you only get the carboard points calculator and the booklet outlining the core & points plan.

Apparently they changed the way they give out the info cos they say there was too much in one go for people to absorb, but to me its obviously because people would register, get the information and never be seen again!!

Ye can buy all the stuff off the WW website! Fruities are yummy, the strawberry ones are fab....and they're only half a point a pack and are allowed on Core as well! The bars, cookies, sweets, crisps are all available online so ye dont need to miss out!

    Hi
If you go on to ebay they sell all the books that you get when you join ww some sell the full set or some sell individual.
