Extra Easy Quorn and Muller Light

Could you help please? I am trying to work out which of the Quorn and Muller Light products are free? Could somebody help me out or let me know where I can find this out in future?

Hi! We have a whole sub-forum here devoted to syn values and that's where you can post any questions on particular products.

There is a thread that lists all the mullerlight syns already

And for the quorn one you can use the search box (button towards the top right that says "search this forum"). There are lots of different quorn products but most of them will have come up before.
