quorn apple sausages and savoury rice packs

i'm new to all this and was wondering if quorn and apple sausage had any syns or were free on both days and also how many syns the batchelors savoury rice packs are or if they're free on a green day?

Not all quorn is free- but the bramley apple sausages are

Red days, i have no clue about- as i'm a vegi so most questions on green days and quorn i can answer!

i'm not veggie but i def prefer a green day. having said that, this weekend i'm going to make a load of red free meals from the curry book and freeze them!! the mix and match thing just looks far too complicated
