Quorn confusion....

Can I just check something... are we allowed quorn?
I love the quorn sausages and the mince but when I read the labels the other day they didn't look as low in fat as I'd imagined.
Do you all eat it?

I eat it, if i didn't there wouldn't be much to eat as I'm a veggie. I've had consistent losses using it so until I stall I will continue. I did see that in chat on the official website it was given the ok but there is nothing in the book about it. I use the mince, plain fillets, pieces, sausages and burgers
 
I thought it was a no for the processed sausages etc - maybe different if you are vegetarian?
 
I would stick to the "naked" quorn pieces, and find ways of varying their flavour when cooking, and avoid the more processed versions of quorn, like the sausages or "southern-style" which have twice as much fat, salt and carbohydrate.
