Quorn cottage pie.. 200 cals?!

I bought a quorn cottage pie ready meal from the coop today and it said the pack only had 200 calories.. this seems to good to be true?!

Was it 200 cal per such such grams? Cos usually the whole pack will be like 500g and they give you the weight for 100gs worth of it lol naughty eh! X

A 300g pack is around 200 cals yes. Good and true!

Yeah, that sounds about right. A 100g serving of Quorn mince is approximately 90 callories, so add on a bit of stock and the potato and I could easily believe a 300g cottage pie would be around the 200 calorie mark.

I often get the 500g one for something like 337 calories and have it all to myself with veg. Nice piggy meal and fills me up. x
