I believe you can buy them in the freezer section in a packet... if those are the ones I'm thinking about, I think they are smaller pieces than a chicken breast

I got them in the freezer section, they are on offer, think theres 6 in a bag for 92p or near there, cant remember if it was tesco or asda though (sorry)

Are these in breadcrumbs, which fillets do you mean?

They are just plain ones, not in a sauce or breadcrumbs,

Theyre basically just like frozen chicken breast, would be ideal for using with a sauce as Sarah said, good for bulking something up, with almost no point value
