quorn fillets in red pesto sauce

My husband made this last night as i have a fractured shoulder!
It was on the quorn packet and we adapted it slightly, it was yum served with cajun potato wedges & roasted veggies

quorn fillets
200mls veg stock
2 tbs red pesto
2tbs tom puree
thyme
3 tbs fat free fromaage frais
fry lite

Brown fillets in pan using fry lite, add stock, pesto, puree and thyme and simmer for 15 mins. Once cooked remove from heat and stir in fromage frais.

Sins for whole recipe 6 (Green & EE)

It was very yum and tasted seriously naughty :)
 
sounds nice, how come it's 6 syns on EE?

don't need to answer now, it;s the olive oil in the pesto isn't it!!

Do you know the points value on RED?
