i tried quorn mince for the first time tonight.i was very surprised with it. it was really tasty and very filling and low in calories. i had 100g(94cals) of frozen mince with a pasta sauce and some rice and veg. i couldnt finish it because it was so filling. i had it at 7.45pm and i am still really full. i still have more calories to have but i dont think i will have them as i am just too full. i think next time i have the mince i will only have 50g instead of 100g.
i might try quorn sausages next.
has anyone tried quorn products? what did you think of them?

    I like the quorn foods

The chicken is nice too - I used to cook the mince with a beef oxo to give it flavour and the same with the chicken lol just better alternative for low cal eating

The sausages are ok but the chilled red noon an cheese ones are lovely xx

I like quorn a lot. I'm not a vegetarian but find quorn a good substitute when I need to lower the calories in a dish. I love stir fry veg, noodles and quorn chicken pieces :)

Quorn is brilliant. I just curried some 'fake chicken', and it was marvelous.

It's good for marinading too, with some metabolism-boosting chilli.
