Quorn Spag Bol Recipe Please :)

I haven’t tried the quorn mince to make spag bol before. I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for the sauce? Syn free or low syn preferably? I have some passata and I’m sure I’ve read somewhere you add herbs and sweetner etc? Any ideas? Thank you!

Yeah, that's basically it! I chop up some onions, carrot, mushrooms and a bit of garlic, fry it off then add the Quorn mince. Chuck in some tinned tomatoes or passata, herbs and seasoning and a bit of sweetener, simmer it for a bit and you're done!

I love using Quorn. Here is a good bolognase sauce, out of a normal cookbook too, i just SW tweaked it. I posted it on this thread http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world/166600-slimming-world-budget.html#post2788376
