Hi All,
Just thought I'd let you know that I've signed up for "Race for Life" in Cardiff on the 8th July 2009.. I'm hoping to be at my goal weight by then and hopefully at a good fitness level so that I can at least jog for most of the 5k.
I've been doing the re-feed since Saturday cos I promised my OH at xmas that we would go for a meal for Valentines day. So we are going for a meal Friday evening. Then I'm back on LT on Saturday.
I think I needed this week off (refeed) to realise that I'm not ready to give up on LT yet.. Cant wait to get back on it now and get into shape for the Race for Life.
