Started WW last week after years of dieting that have seen me try various diets inc CD and LL, all of which have worked but sadly I never stuck to them. I've always gone for what I considered to be a quick fix as the thought of losing half my bodyweight is very daunting, but after spending nearly 16yrs trying and failing to maintain a significant loss, I've accepted the fact I'm in it for the longhaul!
So..... 1st loss is 5lbs and for some reason I wasn't impressed by this! Why oh why cos realistically, its a good un?
