Rachel's New Beginning

Right hi everyone,

I have done Slimming World successfully twice now to reach my target weight but i am determined that this is going to be the last time!!
My main goal is to lose as much as I can as my husband and I are trying for a baby and I know it will help. Plus I don't want to be as big as a house afterwards! We have been trying for about 6 months so far and have had one chemical pregnancy so far so at least we know we are on the right track.
I want to carry through out my pregnancy to aviod gaining loads of weight and I know slimming world is one of the few diets that is safe and supported by midwives for use in pregnancy.

Started back on plan last tuesday, weighing in Monday mornings. This week hasn't gone 100% to plan as i have putmy back out and not been able to exercise plus i was so tired on Friday after being in pain all day at work tea ended up being fish and chips then some easter egg. :sigh:

Anyway i thought i'd start a diary to keep track of how it's going and hopefully get some support.

First weigh in tomorrow and hoping for any sort of loss but first got to get through dinner at the in-laws! Been good so far today but think i will have to decline dessert tonight which will be tough. Fingers crossed!
Stayed the same this week :( Not too upset though as it was hardly the best of weeks. Having a great day today though so aiming for a spectacular 2lbs this week to catch up!
