Rach's 1st day! Red or ee ???

So I'm back on plan and I usually stick to ee.however I'm not eating enough super free so I'm wondering if today passes as a red day, or an ee day but with little super free.

Breakfast-1 alpen light
Lunch -3 egg omelette, 5 tablespoons beans, bacon, cheese( 30g)
Tea- currently cooking lamb rogan josh and it has onions, garlic,ginger, peppers, chopped toms,stock and spices in and plan to serve on boiled rice, followed by a muller light.

I haven't been and gotten any fruit yet so there is a lack of fruit.
 
No hun because of the rice and baked beans, unless you can use them at healthy extras (not really looked at the red plan as don't eat much meat) they would have to be synned.
 
See in my food optimising book under green day healthy extras The beans are listed but not the rice? Which is why I thought I could do that, but then I remembered in the old book rice was in that section. So I got confused! X
 
Actually I've looked at it totally wrong! It has to be ee there's no other way it could be! Think I need to re read my books :-( x
