Hi all todays my first day on EE so gonna post my food diary in the hope that some of the pros can give me a heads up if im doin something wrong, thanks in advance, rach

Breakfast

2X HEb choco weetabix with half HEa of milk
coffee with 1/2 tsp sugar (cant do sweetner!!)

Lunch

Chicken salad wrap, (chicken, lettuce and cucumber)
1/2 bag of tayto advantages low fat crisps ( 20 month old ate the other half)

Tea

Mashed potatos ( minus butter)
baked beans
bacon ( all visible fat removed)

Gonna have a muller light for supper

i make that

HEb + 2 syns choco weetabix

4 1/2 tortilla wrap

1/2 sugar in coffee

2 1/2 for crisps

9 1/2 for the day??
