Ratty on Exante?

Afternoon All is anyone else feeling ratty on this diet? I am so grumpy today!! Hope this passes soon, it's as if it's totm!

Hi! I'm actually feeling ok on Exante, but its early days for me so there's still time! I used to get really down on CD, and i'd just go to bed...ahh i miss those days, now I have a 1 year old there's no chance of that!! haha

I'm the opposite to the others, i was fine for the first few weeks and am ratty now! Can't work out if it's mental or physical (as in lack of food related), but i hope i snap out of it soon, my poor hubby and kids are going to throw me out otherwise.
