    Does any know how much 175g raw chicken weighs when cooked?

    I'm on the 810 plan & if I cook a whole chicken I'm not sure how much I can have.

    Any help would be really appreciated :)

    No probs. Sorry for the delay. Damn chicken didn't want to get caught :mad:

    Then of course, I had to defeather him, cook him....blah blah ;)

    Chicken chasing must burn up loads of calories :)
