Raw weight or Cooked weight?

WILL be Slim!
I've just started my week 13 810 week, and had a chicken breast with some cucumber, but is the weight for the meat etc, a cooked or raw weight?

So confused already, and its only day 1! lol

Im pretty sure its cooked weight. Tbh with the chicken though i tend to use raw weight just for ease - as i buy 240g pack and that does me 2 nights,x
 
Nope, I'm pretty sure it's raw weight! You can't really cook it and then figure out how much you need! I use raw weight. I know all the carbs like rice etc. are raw weight.
 
now i'm stuffed! :D
I have cooked 3 chicken breasts and not bothered weighing them raw first, so have no idea how much i can eat! :(

It is probably about the same to be honest, just go for a bit less. Can probably find somewhere online to compare raw to cooked chicken!

It's raw weight, and the weight reduces by about 75% after cooking, so it'll be about 131g cooked :)

:D I'm a number cruncher by hobby. It's really 'about' 131.25g :D Had to soooo resist the urge not to add the .25 :D
