re asda replacement shakes

hi have just started on the asda meal replacement shakes and this seems the nearest match forum, its 5 weeks to my birthday and i'm determined to lose weight i dont want another year to go by without me changing , so wanted to know has anyone had sucess using the asda shakes would love to know , thanks

Iv never used the asda ones Hun but I'm sure it's the same as the actual slim fast ..

How much are the asda ones? I really like the SF premade shakes and Tescos are doing them 6 pack of strawberry, latte or chocolate 2 for £10. So it works out at about 80p a shake.
