Re-feeding question?

I am planning on starting my re-feeding week on 22 March and am a little confused about how I will do it, could someone try to clarify this for me (I am not doing LT through the chemist, but from ebay.... No lectures please!!)

Anyway, i have bought 28 of the caramel maint bars and was wondering when i finish LT, can i use these as these in the re-feeding week... i.e, one for breakfast, one for lunch and then the fish/salad etc...?

Or do i have to use the proper LT which i am on now?

The maintainence products are to be used when you are refeeding. I know many on here use the shakes to refeed, but my pharmacist has said it is best to use the maintainence bars etc as they have more carbs in them, and carbs are what we need to introduce gradually in refeeding.

Thanks for that. I cant wait to try the caramel bar, ummmm! After today, i have 19 days left on LT!!! Cant wait for it to be over and start my healthy new lifestyle!!! x

The maintenance products are lower in calories too, but the normal shakes are fine for the first week of refeed.

Good luck with it (and don't get too excited about the bars - they're OK but nothing to write home about).

I'm on day one of a temporary refeed for a couple of weeks as I've got a load of family do's and outings this month. If you go on the refeeding forum and go on the thread thats called refeeding days 1-7 without excessive weight gain and there is a step by step of what you can and can't have on refeed week. Had my caramel bar a while ago and like Jon says, you're not missing much (cannot see what caramel there is about them, its got raisins in, tastes cinnamony and is covered in yoghurt!)
