Hi Guys, I was on here originally back in 2010. I managed to lose 4 stone in 6 months with no exercise but with the help of you lovely lot. Due to many reasons, but no excuses, I have put it all back on and more so here I am again, asking for help to keep me motivated. Anyone want a slimming buddy, I'm here.
