Back to group today, life simply got in the way (well i say simply it's been hell lol) and I wasn't able to focus on me or get to group every week. Things are much calmer now, but i'm not looking forward to weigh in.

I restarted on Tuesday but doing it from home I've had a baby but she's 10 months now so i can't use this as an excuse anymore lol but I'm with you
