Hi, I've previously tried Cd a few weeks ago and after 2 n half days gave up, 3 days worth of thinking about it and I restarted only to give up again after day5. reason - well this is a stupid diet and I can do it on my own!! yeah rite! so after eating absolute rubbish again and looking at the rolls of fat plonked nicely round my waist I am determined that if everyone else can do it then why WHY why can't I? I find weekends soooooo hard so decided if I can get through the first couple of days during a weekend then I'm hopefully going to be ok atback:
I don't know about anyone else but I've found that the food I crave doesn't taste that great anyway and believe me I've tried to cram as much of the stuff in my mouth.
So today is the day and I just know that with this support of this forum I will get through it.
Do you think a diary will help? maybe joining a team as I feel that I need THAT kick up the backside. :grouphugg:
