Today is my 5th day 100%, I have just checked and am now in Ketosis YAY!!!! Had a sneeky check and lost 7lb so far, I have my weight in tomorrow as I need to do it on a Tuesday(only day I can gurantee i have off)but didnt start till thusday morning, so pleased I have lost something :):D

Thanks everyone, The only thing that has made it easier is by drinking my 1st shake around 11am, 2nd at around 3.30 then around 6.30 i have 1/2 the soup mix with normal amount of water then around 8.30 i have the 2nd lot. The evenings are awful for me thats my time when I would be likely to cheat, so i make sure i am not hungry. Found out I love black coffee too!! only with 1/2 a teaspoon of coffee and 2 sweetners as otherwise its too bitter ><
