I feel 'better' in myself but doing EE I fill up so much on veg thats bound to happen anyway. Exercise is very important to me & I know it helps me lose so I'm sure my fitness levels have increased even a little bit x

Yep And more so somehow that I hadn't even realised, made it more exciting. This is the THIRD time I've reached Club 10 but this time around I'm on plan & more motivated than ever. No going back now x
